We were a remote company before it was cool. Which means, after 12 years of practice, we\u2019ve ironed out company-wide kinks and have the framework in place to operate independently. A solid framework allows for employee flexibility. While there are meetings to attend and a typical day is 9 to 5, the <\/span>where<\/span><\/i> is entirely up to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

We invest in technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No one should have to worry about having the resources to do their job. Hardware, software, and virtual meeting applications, as well as other accommodations (such as a second monitor) aren\u2019t benefits, they\u2019re necessities. Company-provided laptops and project management or collaboration applications are only the beginning. And it\u2019s not enough to simply <\/span>have <\/span><\/i>a laptop, what happens when an issue arises? We turn that around quickly, too. We\u2019re about productivity, not extended downtime, and most often, teams don\u2019t want the interruption. In-house IT support keeps the trains running on time. <\/span><\/p>\n

We build relationships with co-workers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Much like our relationships with friends and family, we form bonds and relationships with co-workers. This type of bonding is important because it encourages workplace loyalty\u2014and we all know how important that is when trying to find motivation on a day-to-day basis. So, we make time for regular conversation.
