The Need<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t

Each year over 270K service men and women leave the military; 80% of those individuals will not have a civilian job lined up following their transition out of the military<\/p>\n

Every week, Hire Heroes USA has an average of 811 US military members, veterans, and military spouses register for our services and we onboard over 400 new clients each week, leaving nearly 300 clients waiting to access services weekly.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

This individualized approach led to a 67% retention rate for our hired clients at the 12-month mark, compared to the average 50% rate for veterans in their first jobs.<\/p>\n
