Yet, when it comes to securing meaningful employment, they face unique barriers: frequent relocations, r\u00e9sum\u00e9 gaps, licensing hurdles, and underemployment, despite holding college degrees and valuable professional experience. Recognizing this reality, Hire Heroes USA created the Serving\u202fSpouses program to tackle these challenges head\u2011on.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the Serving\u202fSpouses program?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Launched in 2018, Serving\u202fSpouses is a dedicated career-coaching initiative tailored to the needs of military spouses.
