When Russ Fink\u2019s colleague introduced him to Hire Heroes USA more than six years ago, the organization\u2019s mission immediately resonated with him. The opportunity to help veterans and military spouses find purposeful careers in the civilian workforce felt deeply meaningful. Russ saw a chance to support others in discovering careers they were passionate about while making a lasting impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, he has become a dedicated volunteer, using his professional background in media and academia to help clients shape and communicate their personal stories.
